2. ethyl group was introduced by reaction of ethyl bromide and thiophene sulfonic acid.
3. After the reaction is completed, the reaction solution is neutralized by saturated hydrochloric acid solution or ammonia water.
4. Finally, 3-thiophene acetonitrile was purified by distillation.
