In vitro study | ISRIB can inhibit the expression of endogenous ATF4, while the expression of XBP1smRNA and XBP1s is unchanged. ISRIB inhibits the balance of the endoplasmic reticulum by inhibiting the balance of estrogen receptors to inhibit the PERK signaling pathway, and reduces the survival rate of cells facing endoplasmic reticulum stress. |
