| Application | 3-chloropropyltriethoxysilane is also called γ-chloropropyltriethoxysilane. 3-chloropropyltriethoxysilane is mainly used as an affinity coupling agent and tackifier in the market. The coupling agent can improve the interface between inorganic and organic substances, thereby greatly improving the properties of composite materials, such as physical properties, thermal properties, electrical properties, and optical properties. Silane coupling agent is a new type of plastic and rubber coupling agent, which can improve the wear resistance and aging resistance of tires, rubber plates, rubber hoses, rubber shoes and other products, and can reduce the amount of natural rubber, thereby reducing costs. |
| preparation | (1) reaction process: uniformly fill the Ru-B/γ-Al2O3 catalyst with a load of 0.5% in a fixed bed, purge with nitrogen for 5min, and then raise the temperature to 115 ℃. Then 3-chloropropene and triethoxysilane are put into a stirred kettle according to a molar ratio of 1:1.5, the stirrer speed is 120r /min, the stirring time is 1h, and the mixed raw material liquid is obtained after mixing evenly. The mixed raw material liquid was passed through a fixed bed at a space velocity of 1.5 g/h/g Cat to obtain the reacted mixed product.
