Summary:
The present invention relates to a method for separating and extracting cholesterol from lanolin alcohol. The lanolin alcohol is subjected to molecular distillation, the light phase fraction is collected into the refined lanolin alcohol, and the refined lanolin alcohol obtained by molecular distillation is heated to complete dissolution in a mixed solvent composed of methanol and acetone, and then cooled to cooling At the temperature, the residue after the filtrate is distilled under reduced pressure is the preliminary concentrate of cholesterol; the preliminary concentrate of cholesterol is heated and dissolved in acetone, cooled and precipitated and filtered, the filtrate is distilled under reduced pressure to recover the solvent, and the residue is the secondary concentrate of cholesterol; the secondary concentrate of cholesterol is heated and dissolved in an alcohol solvent, the temperature is cooled to a cooling temperature, and the temperature is kept for 6-12h, and the white needle-like crude cholesterol is obtained by vacuum filtration; the crude cholesterol is recrystallized in a methanol-acetone mixed solvent to obtain a refined cholesterol product. Refined lanolin
Summary:
Lanolin alcohol-ethyl cellulose membrane as a drug transport system for controlling salicylic acid release was studied in this paper. The effects of membrane composition, drug concentration, drug solubility and stirring speed on the in vitro release of salicylic acid were tested. It was found that the drug release obeyed the diffusion control model in the two states of suspension or dissolution, and met the release characteristics of the release amount proportional to the square root of time. This paper assumes that salicylic acid is evenly distributed in the film. Based on preliminary work, it is believed that the solubility of salicylic acid in lanolin alcohol or ethyl cellulose is negligible.

Summary:
The present invention relates to a method for catalytic hydrogenation of lanolin. In order to achieve better finished quality, it is recommended that the lanolin and hydrogen be reacted by a catalyst at a pressure of 20 bar to 300 bar, a temperature of 225°C to 260°C and hydrogen; the mass ratio of lanolin is 1:1 to 10:1. The composition of the catalyst is detailed in the instructions.
Sovereignty Item:
A method for producing lanolin alcohol from lanolin by catalytic hydrogenation, characterized in that lanolin and hydrogen are reacted together under the conditions of a pressure of 20 bar to 300 bar, a temperature of 225°C to 260°C, and a weight ratio of hydrogen to lanolin of 1:1 to 10: 1 through a catalyst containing 30 to 40% by weight of copper, 2 3 to 30 wt.% chromium, 1 to 10 wt.% manganese, 1 to 10 wt.% silicon, and 1 to 7 wt.% barium, and if necessary, also contain other transition metals in the form of oxides, and after calcining the components of the catalyst, use 1 to 10 wt.% (based on the oxidized catalyst) At least one binder is converted into lumpy and/or granular agglomerates, and activated with hydrogen and a hydrogen-containing mixture.
