Abstract:
Four kinds of high purity sodium decanoyl-m-xylenesulfonate were synthesized and their surface properties in pure water solution and 0.0393mol/L Isopropanol Solution were determined. The results show that the critical micelle concentration (cmc) increases, the molecular limit occupied area (Amin) increases, and the standard adsorption free energy (& Delta;G0) increases with the movement of the aryl group to the middle position of the carbon chain. Become more negative, the efficiency of reducing surface tension (pc20) increases, the saturated adsorption amount (& Gamma;max) decreases, the surface tension at the critical micelle concentration (& gamma;cmc) decreases, isopropanol significantly reduced the cmc of the sodium sulfonate solution. From the characteristics of molecular structure, the influence of the branching degree of fatty chain on its surface properties was discussed.Key words:

Abstract:
This paper reports an experimental study on the alkali refining of rice bran oil and cottonseed oil with sodium dimethylbenzene sulfonate. The crude oil is degummed and dewaxed, and then alkali solution mixed with sodium xylene sulfonate in advance is added for alkali refining, and the clear oil is dehydrated by washing with water to obtain a refined oil. Dimethyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium recovery after recycling, at the same time get fatty acid. No high concentration wastewater was discharged in the whole process. The experimental results show that the concentration of lye is 12 ~ 0Be, adding 2 times the amount of free fatty acids in 25% dimethyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium solution, neutralization temperature 70 ℃, neutralization time 60 minutes can obtain the best refining effect. This process has the advantages of high refining rate, less environmental pollution, especially the economic benefit of refining high acid value oil.

Abstract:
The adsorption of 11 kinds of definite structure of odd carbon alkyl M-xylenesulfonic acid sodium (mCn-hS) on Daqing oil sand was investigated, and the initial mass concentration of mCn-hS, molecular structure, effects of alkyl chain length and additives on the adsorption capacity. The results showed that with the increase of the initial mass concentration of mCn-hS, the adsorption capacity on the oil sands of Daqing increased first to saturation, and then decreased slightly; The alkyl chain length of the same mCn-hS, as the position of the aryl group moves to the middle position of the alkyl chain, its adsorption capacity on the Daqing oil sands decreases; The addition of NaCl and NaOH increases the adsorption capacity of mCn-hS on the Daqing oil sands, with the addition of isoamyl alcohol, the adsorption capacity of mCn-hS on Daqing Oil Sands decreased with the increase of the length of alkyl chain in mCn-hS molecule.
