Yukocitrine - Introduction
Yukocitrine(Yukocitrine) is a luminescent yellow compound that belongs to the class of organic fluorescent dyes. It has good light stability and solubility, and is widely used in fluorescence microscopy, biological imaging, fluorescence detection and other fields.
The production method of Yukocitrine is mainly carried out by an organic synthesis method. First, the chlorine atom on the benzene ring reacts with nitrosophenol to produce 4-nitrophenoxybenzene. Then, the nitro group is reduced to an amino group by a reduction reaction, and chlorophosphoric acid is introduced to the amino group to obtain chlorophosphate. Finally, Yukocitrine was obtained by alcoholysis under alkaline conditions.
The safety of Yukocitrine is high, but it is still necessary to pay attention to its use and storage. It may decompose or cause explosion under the conditions of high temperature, fire source, strong oxidant and strong acid. In addition, dust or gas exposure to Yukocitrine may cause irritation to the eyes, skin and respiratory tract. When in use, should wear appropriate protective measures, avoid inhalation, contact with the skin or into the eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
