Put the aqueous solution of trimethylamine into a vaporization kettle, heat it to boiling, and the generated trimethylamine gas is dried and absorbed with acetone. In the absorption tower, a trimethylamine acetone solution is generated and enters the quaternization kettle. Then, under stirring, dodecane bromide is added dropwise, maintaining a constant temperature during the dropwise process. After the dropwise addition, it is stirred for 1 hour with insulation. Cool and crystallize to obtain the crude product. Wash the product with acetone and dry it to obtain the final product.
