Abstract:
five polyethers with molecular weight of 1 000-200 and different chain structures were prepared by controlling the feeding sequence in a high pressure reactor with lauryl alcohol as the initiator. The relationship between the surface tension, cloud point and defoaming performance of the five polyethers were investigated. It was found that the defoaming performance of the polyethers increased with the decrease of the cloud point temperature, the surface tension of Polyether does not play a decisive role in its defoaming property.

Abstract:
The differences between the thickening performance, foam performance and flocculation performance of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium lauryl Polyether sulfate in shampoo system were compared. The results show that, on the premise of having the same Cationic polymer and zwitterion surface activity, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate has little difference with sodium lauryl Polyether sulfate in foam properties, but it is not as good as sodium lauryl Polyether sulfate in flocculating property and thickening property. Abstract:
cleansing foam is favored by consumers for its ease of use, fine and dense foam, etc. In this paper, the soap-based system is used as the basis of cleansing foam formula. The Effects of lauric polyether -6 carboxylic acid and pH on the foaming power and foam stability of the system are studied, the effect of lauric polyether-6-carboxylic acid on the skin feel of soap-based cleansing foam system was also studied. The results showed that the content of lauric acid, myristic acid and lauric alcohol polyether-6-carboxylic acid was 9%, the mass ratio of lauric acid and myristic acid was 2:1, the foaming power and foam stability of the system are better when the mass fraction of lauryl alcohol polyether -6 carboxylic acid is 4%,2% and 3% respectively, at pH = 9.55, it has better foaming power and foam stability. After consumer research, it is found that lauryl polyether -6 carboxylic acid can significantly improve the dry skin feeling after soap-based cleansing foam washing, promote the application of soap-based cleansing foam.
