Use | Peptidase inhibitor (Peptidase inhibitor). Benzamidine hydrochloride is a reversible inhibitor of trypsin, tryptase and serine protease. A concentration of about 1 mM can be used for general protease inhibition. In order to inhibit yeast protease, a concentration in the range of 0.5 - 4.0 mM can be used. It can be exchanged with pepsin inhibitor (pepstatin A) to a large extent. In addition to being a competitive substance as a powerful trypsin inhibitor, benzamidine hydrochloride has also been proved to be a powerful competitive inhibitor of thrombin and plasmin (thrombin and plasmin). It has also been found that benzamidine hydrochloride as aprotinin can effectively prevent pancreatic hyperglycemia in degenerating human plasma |
