| uses | bis (4-bromophenyl) amine is an amine organic substance, which is an important intermediate for synthesizing pressure sensitive dyes, medicines, rubber, pesticides and adhesive excipients. |
| synthesis method | under the protection of nitrogen, 3.77g of p-bromochlorobenzene, 6.01g of anhydrous K3PO4, 0.15g of anhydrous Cu(CH3CO2 ) 2 and 0.19g of proline were added to a 100 mL three-mouth flask, and 2.53g of p-bromoaniline and 10 mL DMF were injected with a syringe. After the reaction is raised to 130 ℃ for 4 h, the reaction is stopped, filter, evaporate most of the solvent, dilute the residual liquid with distilled water, adjust to pH = 2~3, filter, filter cake is washed with ethyl acetate, the filtrate is dried by anhydrous sodium sulfate, concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue can be recrystallized to obtain a light yellow solid (yield is 93%, purity is 99%). |
