Summary:
Under acidic conditions, formaldehyde and potassium permanganate can produce weak chemiluminescence, and the presence of thiaczole can greatly enhance the chemiluminescence intensity. Within a certain concentration range, the increased luminous intensity has a good linear relationship with the concentration of thiacumazole, thus establishing a new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of thiacumazole. The linear range of the method is 0.03~0.8mg/L and 1.0~5.0mg/L, the detection limit is 8.9 μg/L, and the relative standard deviation is 3.9% for the parallel determination of 0.3mg/L thiaczole for 11 times. The method was used to determine the content of thiacuzole in environmental water samples with a recovery rate of 95.4% ~ 104.9%.

Summary:
oryzae, the Xanthomonas causing rice bacterial blight, was identified as a thiacuzole-resistant mutant on rice treated with a medicament. The results of the determination of pathogenicity and extracellular enzyme activity showed that there was no significant difference between the drug-resistant mutant and the wild sensitive strain, but the damage effect of the drug-resistant mutant on the isolated rice leaves and the degree of lipid peroxidation in the rice body was stronger than that of the sensitive strain; The extracellular product can reduce the sensitivity of Rice Bacterial Blight to thiaczole, and the resistance of the bacteria is closely related to the extracellular product;, however, the changes in pathogenicity show great differences between different mutants, some maintain strong pathogenicity, and some completely lose pathogenicity.
