| brief introduction | iodoether salicylanilide is a halogenated salicylanilide flubicide, which is a strong oxidative phosphoric acid dissolving coupling agent, which can inhibit the phosphorylation process of worm mitochondria, thus preventing the synthesis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in worms, resulting in the rapid weakening of energy metabolism of worms and finally death. It has a strong affinity with blood proteins, so the drug effect has a longer duration in the blood. |
