Abstract:
The structure and principle of vertical-tank calciner and some characteristics of calcined petroleum coke are analyzed, and the relationship between discharge, volatile matter, air supply and furnace temperature in the operation of the tank furnace is discussed, the common faults and treatment methods in the operation of the tank furnace are put forward, and the future development of the tank furnace is prospected.

Abstract:
In this paper, the effects of purity, structure and porosity of calcined petroleum coke on its reactivity are studied, and the relationship between the reactivity of calcined petroleum coke and its influencing factors is summarized. The results show that: with the increase of the content of sodium, calcium and vanadium in calcined petroleum coke and the increase of porosity, the reactivity of air and CO2 increases, the loss of CO2 reaction is reduced. The results of this study provide basic data for the Study of the reactivity of prebaked anode.

Abstract:
The utility model discloses a low-temperature calcined petroleum coke calcination tank furnace, which comprises a tank furnace body and a flue gas pipe arranged outside the tank furnace body, the bottom of the tank furnace body is fixedly connected with a plurality of cooling sleeves, the inner side wall of the cooling sleeve is fixedly connected with a plurality of first baffles arranged in an inclined manner, and the inner side wall of the cooling sleeve is provided with a water cavity, the outer side wall of the cooling jacket is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet communicating with the water chamber, and the inner side walls of the water inlet and the water outlet are fixedly connected with water pipes. The utility model, the water cavity and the water tank are filled with cooling water, the setting of the first baffle increases the residence time of petroleum coke in the cooling jacket, the setting of the second baffle, the increase of part of the petroleum coke residence time, but also on the petroleum coke play a split role, improve the cooling effect of the cooling jacket of petroleum coke, to facilitate the next step of processing of petroleum coke.
