Uses | Tricyclohexyl tin chloride is an important intermediate for the synthesis of acaricide tricyclic tin and triadimestine. |
Production method | Tricyclohexyl tin chloride is made from chlorocyclohexane and tin tetrachloride. In 500 L stainless steel reactor, pre-processed magnesium tablets are added, and a certain amount of mixed solution of chlorocyclohexane and THF is added under the protection of nitrogen. After the reaction is started, continue to add the remaining mixed solution. After the reaction is completed, it reacts with the xylene solution of tin tetrachloride to generate tricyclohexyl tin chloride and magnesium chloride. Add dilute hydrochloric acid to dissolve magnesium chloride, stratify to obtain a xylene solution of tricyclohexyl tin chloride, and remove xylene to obtain a finished product. |
