performance and application
Easily soluble in water, the solution is milky white, not resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, heavy metal salts and reducing agents, fast and uniform penetration, with good wetting, penetration, emulsification, and foaming properties. The penetration effect is the best below 40 ℃, and it is easy to hydrolyze when encountering alkali at high temperature. It is suitable to treat the fabric with penetrant below 40 ℃ and then raise the temperature. The osmotic T is not resistant to strong alkali and cannot be directly added to the concentrated alkali liquor. the lye liquor should be diluted before adding the osmotic T
type
Anion
chemical composition
Sulfonated dioctyl succinate sodium salt
technical indicators
Appearance: light yellow to colorless viscous liquid
Penetration: ≤ 5 seconds (0.1% aqueous solution, 25 ℃)
PH value: 4.0~7.0 (0.1% aqueous solution)
Production method
maleic anhydride and secondary octanol are catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid to carry out esterification reaction at 120~140 ℃. the esterified substance is mixed with sodium chlorite and water to uniformly raise the temperature to 110~120 ℃, the pressure is 0.2MPa, keep the reaction to the end point (sampling and adding water, no yellow oil floating on the water surface is the end point), cool to 80 ℃, let it stand overnight, discard the lower layer water and a small amount of turbid sulfonate, that is, the finished product.
