EPA chemical information | Molybdenum phosphorus hydroxide oxide (11104-88-4) |
Molybdenum trioxide-phosphoric acid method uses molybdenum trioxide and phosphoric acid as raw materials to prepare phosphomolybdic acid. Molybdenum trioxide is added to the reactor, and water is added according to the ratio of molybdenum trioxide to water (mass) of 1:10. After stirring evenly, 85% phosphoric acid (molybdenum trioxide: phosphoric acid molar ratio is 12:1) is added, and the reaction is carried out after boiling for 3h. The solution before the reaction is milky white, the initial reaction is golden yellow, and the later reaction is green. During the reaction, the reaction liquid should be kept boiling smoothly and water should be added to keep the liquid level height. The Ph value in the later stage of the reaction should be controlled at about 10. After vacuum filtration, the filter residue and the filtrate should be added with 30% hydrogen peroxide to change the solution from green to yellow. Then, when the temperature of the solution is 105 ℃, the solution is slowly cooled, crystallized and centrifuged.
