production method
It is obtained by direct condensation of chloroacetylmorpholine and sodium O,O-dimethyl dithiophosphate. Process conditions: the ingredient ratio is O,O-dimethyl dithiophosphate sodium: chloroacetylmorpholine = 1.05-1.10 (molar ratio). Add O,O-dimethyl dithiophosphate sodium to the reaction bottle and cool it in an ice bath. When the material temperature drops below -8 ℃, add morpholine (above 30%) and keep the temperature below -5 ℃. Chloroacetyl chloride is added dropwise, and when the pH value is close to 7, liquid alkali is immediately added dropwise. After dropping chloroacetyl chloride, stir and react at -8 ℃ for 1h. Then add benzene, stir at 50-60 ℃ for 1h, cool down, stand still, separate the benzene layer, and distill under reduced pressure to obtain the fruit. Formulated into 25% emulsion or powder.
