Use | nitrosobenzene can be obtained by oxidation of aniline. 250mL eggplant bottle put aniline (2.043g,21.84mmol), add dichloromethane (50mL) dissolved, potassium hydrogen sulfate complex salt (27.378g,44.48mmol) water (100mL) it was dissolved and slowly added to the dichloromethane reaction solution, and the reaction was stirred at room temperature. It was seen that the reaction solution gradually turned green, and the reaction was followed by TLC, and the reaction was completed after 1 hour. The reaction solution was extracted with dichloromethane and the dichloromethane phase was collected, and the solvent was spin-dried to obtain intermediate 4, namely nitrosobenzene (green solid). |
