overview | organotin compounds have certain biological activities, and diphenyltin oxide is one of organotin compounds. |
Application | Preparation of a phenyltin coordination compound and its preparation method and application, the structural formula is shown below, wherein, Ph represents phenyl. Preparation method: add 1mmol of N-hydroxy -3,4,5, 6-tetrachloro-phthalimide, 1.0-1.5mmol of sodium ethoxide, 1-1.5mmol of diphenyl tin oxide, 20-30ml of methanol to the container, stirring and refluxing for 6-7 hours at 50-70 ℃, cooling to room temperature, evaporating to obtain orange solid; recrystallizing with dichloromethane-ethanol, the yellow transparent crystal is obtained, which is the organotin coordination compound; the volume ratio of dichloromethane to ethanol is 2:1~1:1. The application of the phenyl tin oxide coordination compound in the preparation of drugs for the treatment of leukemia, lung adenocarcinoma and colon cancer. The organotin coordination compound of the invention has the characteristics of high anti-cancer activity, good fat solubility, low cost, simple preparation method and the like, and provides a new way for the development of anti-cancer drugs. |
