Abstract:
tert-butyl peroxypivalate was studied by gas chromatography, and some other peroxides were further studied. These thermolabile peroxides cannot be analyzed at high temperatures. At low temperatures, satisfactory chromatograms are not readily available because of the low vapor pressure. Therefore, the use of gas chromatography analysis must strictly control the relevant temperature. It is concluded that using PEG6000,DNP and Silicone SE-30 as the stationary phase, the carrier gas flow rate is set to 10 ~ 100mL/min, which has no effect on the decomposition of peroxide. Analysis conditions of tert-butyl peroxypivalate: Silicon SE-30 (stationary liquid),80 ℃ (Column temperature),10ml/min (carrier gas flow rate), naphthalene pentane (internal standard). The standard deviation was 0.84% and the recovery rate was 99.49%. Some peroxides that decompose immediately after evaporation cannot be detected by this method.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a plant stain removal agent for clothing, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.64 to 1.12 parts of polyacrylamide, 0.2 to 0.34 parts of methyl methacrylate, and 0.6 to 1.1 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, lauryl dimethyl amine oxide 0.12-0.36 parts, N-octanoyl caprolactam 15-35 parts, tert-butyl peroxypivalate 0.005-0.01 parts, decityl trimethyl ammonium chloride 2.5-6 parts, palmitic acid 0.05-0.15 parts, 25-40 parts of water. The invention provides a plant stain removal agent for clothes, which has a good removal effect on tea stains, wine stains and plant chlorophyll stains on clothes, and the treated clothes are as smooth as new.

use | used as an initiator for polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc., is a high-efficiency low-temperature initiator used as a vinyl chloride monomer The initiator of suspension polymerization can also be used as an initiator for radical polymerization of other monomers. |
Production method | Formic acid and isobutanol react under the catalysis of sulfuric acid to form tert-valeric acid, and then react with phosphorus trichloride to form tert-valeryl chloride. The latter reacts with tert-butyl hydrogen peroxide at 20°C to form tert-butyl peroxide. Among them, tert-butyl hydrogen peroxide is produced by the reaction of hydrogen peroxide and tert-butyl alcohol.
