Scroquinone is also known as Toyotani Takashi. Heterocyclic fungicides. Chemical name: 1,2,5, 6-tetrahydropyrrolo (3,2,1-ij) quinolin-4-one. The chemical structure is as follows. The original drug is white crystal with melting point of 112 ℃, solubility (g/L) at 20 ℃, water 4, methanol 240 and acetone 125: stable below 320 ℃ and decomposed above 320 ℃. Recently, Syngenta listed its latest rice field fungicide CoratopRMametsubuR (active ingredient: roquinone) in Japan. The product was registered and approved by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Industry and Industry (METI). CoratopMametsubu is a rice field fungicide that can float on the water and disperse itself. This product combines the effective active ingredient of Syngenta for controlling rice blast (herb CoratopR) and the patented preparation technical Mametsubu of Japanese combinatorial chemistry. The particle size of the preparation product using Mametsubu technology is 3~8cm, which can disperse itself on the water surface. This is a large labor-saving preparation product, which can be used on the ridge without entering the rice field. It is reported that since 2013, 20 kinds of Mametsubu preparation products have been registered in Japan, covering about 136,000 hectares of rice fields in 2015.

CoratopMametsubu has stable effects on rice blast, including leaf blast and ear blast.
