Use | β-1,3-glucan from Eyelworm (Euglena gracilis) can be compared with other β-1,3-glucan and derivatives to study the protective mechanism of DNA oxidative damage. Beta -1, 3-glucan from Eophthalmus (Euglena gracilis) can also be used as a substrate to recognize, distinguish and characterize glucanase (glucanases). |

Summary:
1,3-β-Gluean (glucan) is a polysaccharide widely found in microorganisms, mushrooms and plants, of which baker's yeast and Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall are its good sources. In this paper, the source, physiological activity, structure, extraction and detection methods of 1, 3-β-D-glucan and its research status are discussed.

Summary:
Dextrans are widely distributed in higher plants, lichens, seaweeds, animals and microorganisms. Microbial-derived dextran is a kind of polysaccharide that has been studied in detail so far, of which beta dextran is the most concerned. Its extensive biological activity makes it an important part of microbial drugs and has received more and more attention in the research and development of new drugs. This article reviews the medicinal biological activity and clinical application of dextran found so far at home and abroad.

Summary:
The present invention provides a technique for making β-glucanase an organic component of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells, so that β-glucanase can maintain vitality as long as the Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells remain viable, thereby significantly improving the viability of β-glucanase. The beta glucanase gene (Genbank number: U60830) is linked (linked by conventional method) at the N-terminal of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall component FLO sequence (Genbank number: S73336), and then inserted (inserted by conventional method) at the C- terminal of MFα1 signal peptide sequence (Genbank number: M17301) downstream of Saccharomyces cerevisiae expression vector GAL 1 promoter, expression frame from N-terminal to C- terminal: GAL1 promoter MFα1 signal peptide sequence beta glucanase gene FLO sequence; The yeast plasmid containing the expression frame was transformed into Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells. The advantages of the invention: the beta glucanase and Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall component FLO connection, so that as long as the Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells remain viable, beta glucanase can maintain vitality.
