全氯丙烯 - Production method
Dissolve 1,1,1,2,3, 3-heptachloropropane in ethanol, keep it at 30-40°C, add potassium ethoxide solution dropwise, and then heat and reflux for 1h. The ethanol in the reactant is evaporated and recovered, cooled and poured into water for stratification, the organic layer is washed with water, dried, distilled under reduced pressure, and the fraction at 98-100 ℃(2.67kPa) is collected to obtain hexachloropropene with a yield of 86.7-89.2.
