苯硫羰基磺酸钠盐 - Production method
The preparation method is to synthesize sodium thiobenzenesulfonate by reacting benzenesulfonyl chloride with sodium sulfide.
A certain amount of water and 60% sodium sulfide pulverized into small particles are added into an enamel reactor, toluene is added, and 98% benzene sulfonate chlorine is dropped in at 30-40 ℃ for 2h, then kept at 50-55 ℃ for 2h, kept at 70 ℃ for 1h, concentrated to dry under reduced pressure to obtain a mixture of sodium thiobenzenesulfonate and sodium chloride, and the content of sodium thiobenzenesulfon. The raw material sodium sulfide in this reaction can also be replaced by sodium hydrosulfide.
In addition, sodium benzenesulfonate can also be reacted with sulfur to prepare sodium thiobenzenesulfonate
