(|-)-2-(6-methody-2-napthyl) PROPIONIC ACID is an organic compound with the chemical formula C16H16O3 and molecular weight of 256.29g/mol. It is a white crystalline solid, almost insoluble in water at normal temperature, but soluble in organic solvents such as chloroform and ethanol.

( |-)-2-(6-methoxy-2-naphthyl) PROPIONIC ACID is mainly used as a derivative of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and is often used to relieve pain and fever caused by inflammation.
