The mixed solvent prepared by ethyl acetate and petroleum ether with a volume ratio of 1:3 is used as the mobile phase, and purified through a chromatography column to obtain N-benzyloxycarbonyl D-valine, it is a colorless and transparent oil with a yield of 68.7%. |
