| Use | Uses 3,3,4,4-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid is converted into 3,3,4,4-biphenyldianhydride after dehydration, which can be polymerized with a variety of diamine to obtain polyimide insulation material with excellent heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, mechanical and flexibility. The material can be used for a long time below 333 ℃ and will not crack at -269 ℃. Biphenyl dianhydride polyimide has high mechanical strength, and the tensile strength of its polyimide film can reach 400MPa, and the change is very small with the increase of temperature. In addition, these materials also generally have good radiation resistance, excellent dielectric properties, stable chemical properties, strong creep resistance, excellent friction properties and other characteristics, have been widely used in aerospace, microelectronics and atomic energy and other high-tech fields. |

3,3,4,4, 4-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid is converted into 3,3,4,4, 4-biphenyldianhydride after dehydration.
