| preparation | in a 5L reactor, 30g of alkali catalyst sodium methoxide, 750g of propylene oxide, 2250g of propylene glycol, nitrogen filled to 0.3MPa, stirring is started, heating to 110 ℃ within 30 minutes, nitrogen is gradually released during the heating process, the pressure in the reactor is kept at 0.3MPa when the temperature is raised to 120 ℃, and the reaction time is 2 hours. After the reaction, it is cooled and the liquid material in the kettle is pressed out. The reaction product was analyzed by gas chromatography, and the purity of the product was 99.87%. The freezing point of the product obtained under the condition of alkaline catalyst is 4 ℃. |
