3470-37-9 - Preparation
glucose (100g), corn steep liquor (5g), urea (2g),MgSO4 heptahydrate (0.25g), KH2PO4(0.6g) and CaCO3(27g) were mixed in 1L deionized water, and the culture medium was put into a fermentation tank. The tank was inoculated with a culture of Pseudomonas fluorescens (Pseudomonas fluorescens) and stirred and aerated at 25°C for 43 hours. During said fermentation, glucose is converted to calcium 2-ketogluconate.
