| production method | dissolve 3kg of potassium hydroxide in 5L of methanol, stir, and add 1130g of α,δ-dibromo diethyl ester heated to 100 ℃ dropwise. Adjust the feeding speed to make the reactants flow back more intensely. After feeding, continue heating and stirring for 2 hours. Leave overnight at room temperature and filter out potassium 2, 4-hexadienodiate and potassium bromide. Dissolve the filter cake in 8L hot water, add 30g activated carbon to boil and filter. After the filtrate is cooled, it is acidified with concentrated hydrochloric acid. The product was filtered out, washed and dried to obtain 165-195g2, 4-hexadiendioic acid. Yield 37%-43%. |
