Preparation Method:
The preparation of ethyl bromobenzene propionate can be carried out by the following steps:
1. Benzoic acid is reacted with bromine to obtain bromobenzoic acid.
2. Bromobenzoic acid is reacted with helium ketone to obtain acid anhydride.
3. Finally, the acid anhydride is reacted with ethanol to obtain ethyl bromobenzene propionate.
