| preparation | apply nitrogen to a 500 ml three-mouth flask equipped with mechanical stirring and thermometer y-tube for 10min, add THF(230ml), 4-bromobiphenyl (23.3g,100mmol), start stirring, cool the liquid nitrogen to -85 ℃ ~-80 ℃, then add n-butyl lithium (55ml,110mmol) and temperature control -85 ℃ ~-80 ℃, after dropping, heat preservation reaction at -85 ℃ ~-80 ℃ for 1.0h. Start dropping tributyl borate (27.6g,120mmol) and control the temperature -85 ℃ ~-80 ℃, after dropping the heat preservation reaction for 2.0h, stop the temperature control and naturally rise to 20 ℃ ~ 25 ℃.
