dimethylmalonic acid (0.75g,5.68mmol) was dissolved in anhydrous dichloromethane (10ml) under inert gas, and a small amount of DMF(0.74mmol,0.13eq) was added as catalyst, ice water bath cooling to 0°C, the distillation and purification of oxalyl chloride (17mmol,3.0eq) dissolved in 5ml of anhydrous dichloromethane in constant pressure dropping funnel, very slowly Dropwise add the dichloromethane solution of oxalyl chloride, after the dropwise addition was completed, the reaction solution was slightly yellowish, and naturally warmed up and reacted at room temperature for 18h. After completion of the reaction, the solvent was evaporated to dryness, and distilled under reduced pressure (52 ° C. Fraction was collected) to obtain dimethyl malonyl dichloride as a colorless liquid, yield: 0.82g(86%).
