| introduction | amidoamine collectors are one kind of amine cationic collectors and occupy a relatively important position. amidoamine compounds have relatively strong ore harvesting ability, and the conditions for synthesizing amidoamine compounds are relatively mild and easy to operate. Lauroamide, also known as dodecacaramide, can be used as a collector. Dodecaramide (lauramide) is used as a collector to carry out flotation test research on bauxite. The pH value of slurry is adjusted to 5, and the dosage of synthetic product is 160 g/t. After one roughing, the aluminum-silicon ratio of flotation concentrate can reach 6.65, and the recovery rate of alumina can reach 80.85%. The flotation practice proves that the synthesized dodecaramide (lauramide) has good harvesting performance and is an effective reagent for bauxite reverse flotation. |
