The production methods of HCPE mainly include solution method, gas-solid phase method and water phase suspension method. It also avoids the problems of poor color, unstable quality and difficult engineering amplification of the gas-solid phase method. Using water as the reaction medium, adding a dispersion system, using a high-efficiency initiator, the chlorination reaction is fast and stable, and the finished product has a good and stable color. The chlorination reaction of polyethylene belongs to the free radical chain reaction, including chain initiation, chain growth, chain termination and other steps. Total reaction formula: PE powder, additives and water are added into the reaction kettle according to a certain ratio, PE powder is uniformly suspended in water through stirring, and nitrogen is introduced under a certain temperature and pressure for reaction. After the specified amount of nitrogen is passed, the nitrogen is stopped and the unreacted residual nitrogen is naturally absorbed. Compressed air is used to remove the residual nitrogen in the kettle, and then the nitriding liquid is deacidized, washed and neutralized to remove the surface acid of the material and the adsorption acid inside, and finally dried to obtain the finished product. |
