Sorafenib - Introduction
Sorafenib are multiplex kinase inhibitors of Raf-1, B- Raf, and VEGFR-2 with IC50 of 6 nM, 22 nM, and 90 nM, respectively. It can also inhibit the activity of wild type and V599E mutant BRAF.
