物化性质 | 类白色至微黄色结晶性粉末,无臭。甜度约为蔗糖的1500~1800倍,其显甜时间略迟于糖精钠而远快于甘草甜素(5:7:23s),三者的留甜时间为42:57:133s,也介于两者之间,故较接近于糖精钠。甜感好,无后味。熔点156~158℃,[α]D25-85°~-86°。溶于水,略溶于乙醇,不溶于乙醚和苯。 |
