稳定性 | 模拟消化液的pH值是影响杠柳毒苷稳定性的重要因素。杠柳毒苷在pH=1.2的模拟空腹胃液环境中不稳定,水解产物为脱去糖基部分(D-加拿大麻糖和D-葡萄糖)的杠柳苷元,在其他模拟消化液环境中6h内稳定。这主要是由于糖苷键在较强的酸性环境中发生了水解反应。胃蛋白酶与胰蛋白酶对杠柳毒苷的稳定性没有显著影响,这是由于酶具有特异性,蛋白酶只能水解蛋白与多肽中的肽键,而不能水解杠柳毒苷中的糖苷键。 |
