Nature:
(S)-(2-Amino-1-phenylethyl)-formic acid benzyl ester is a colorless to light yellow solid, soluble in ethanol, chloroform and dichloromethane at ambient temperature. It is a chiral molecule with a central chiral carbon and exists as an enantiomer, the (S) enantiomer being the active form.

Use:
