In vitro study | Danofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone synthetic antibacterial agent that acts primarily by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase, which is necessary for DNA supercoiling to provide proper DNA spatial arrangement in bacterial cells. The minimum inhibitory concentration of Danofloxacin, against 90%(MIC90) contemporary Pasteurella haemolytica , Pasteurella multocida and Haemophilus somnus, the most important respiratory pathogens of domestic animals in Europe and North America, is 0.125 μg/ml. |
