use | form derivatives with carboxylic acid compounds for gas chromatography analysis. Synthesis of surfactants. Vulcanization accelerator. Acid gas absorbent. Additives for coatings and latex paints, as well as pigment dispersion, pH adjustment and rust prevention. The metal processing field is mainly used as a biological stability and pH stabilizer. This product is widely used in the concentrated solution and post-treatment of metal processing solutions in Europe and the United States, and is the main raw material for the development of biological stability formulas. It is used to improve and stabilize the pH value, save and extend the life of metalworking fluid in the field supplement. The product also has the advantages of preventing cobalt precipitation and low foaming. Used in the synthesis of surfactants; vulcanization accelerators; acid gas absorbers. |
Production method | 2-nitropropane is reacted with an aqueous formaldehyde solution, and then concentrated into an aqueous solution containing 70% 2-methyl-2-nitro-1-propanol. Dilute to 30% with methanol. Add to the autoclave, add 5% by weight of nitrobase skeleton nickel, and hydrogenate for 6-8h at 30 ℃ and 267 atmospheric pressure. After evaporating methanol and most of the water under normal pressure, distillation under reduced pressure to collect the 103 ℃(8.53-8.67kPa) fraction, which is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol. Based on 2-nitropropane, the yield is 70.5%. |
