action and use | pyridoxine has a certain protective effect of cytotoxicity. |
Application | praarurin (DE) and pyridoxine angelate (DA) have obvious neuropharmacological activities, but their intestinal transfer and penetration into the central nervous system (CNS) through the blood-brain barrier are unclear. The intestinal and blood-brain barrier transfer of DE and DA was evaluated by Cac 2 cells and multidrug-resistant horse 1 to 2 canine kidney cell line (MDR-MDCK) cell monolayer model. Milicel-ERS system was used to evaluate the biphasic (from top surface to basolateral, A ~ B; From basolateral to apical surface, B ~ A) transfer of the above two cell monolayers. The integrity of cell function was evaluated by TEER value and fluorescein (Ly) transfer through monolayer cells. The results showed that praurin and Japanese praurol can be used to treat CNS diseases. They in Caco 2 and MDR MDCK cell monolayer of epithelial transfer also suggest that they are passive diffusion mechanism. |
biological activity | Decursinol can be isolated from the root of Angelica gigas and is an anti-injury drug with oral activity. Decursinol has anti-tumor and anti-metastasis activities. |
use | used for content determination/identification/pharmacological experiments, etc. |
