Method:
Hydrazinotriazole hydrochloride is typically synthesized by the following steps:
1. In glacial acetic acid to add hydrogen to sodium metal, and hydrazine reaction to form the sodium salt of hydrazine.
2. The sodium salt of hydrazine is reacted with 4-tert-butylbenzoyl chloride to generate 4-(4-hydrazinophenyl)-1,2, 4-triazole.
3. Finally, 4-(4-hydrazinophenyl)-1,2, 4-triazole was reacted with hydrochloric acid to obtain hydrazinotriazole hydrochloride.
