Use dye intermediates. Used to produce Karp Blue, Green GS, 5GS, etc.
The production method is obtained by the reaction of aniline and butanol in the presence of zinc chloride. 1mol of aniline, 1mol of butanol and 6.5mol of anhydrous zinc chloride were heated to 121 ℃ at a pressure of 0.78MPa. After 6 hours of reaction, the temperature was raised to 240 ℃ at a pressure of 2.06-2.16MPa, and the reaction reached the end point for 10 hours. The reactants were refluxed in lye for 5 hours to separate 4.5-5kg of crude product with a yield of 40-45%.
