preparation | at room temperature, dissolve (50 mmo1)4-methoxypyridine-N-oxide in 50mL acetonitrile solution, then add 1.01g(55 mmo1) cyanuric chloride (TCT) into the reaction solution in batches, TCL tracks the reaction, after the reaction is finished, add 20mL saturated sodium carbonate solution to the reaction droplets, and stir for 30min. Dichloromethane is added for extraction, the organic phase is washed with water, saturated salt is washed with water, and the solvent is spun under reduced pressure to obtain the crude product. The crude product is purified through the column to obtain the target product. Light yellow oily liquid. |
