Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an intermediate of alprazolam, using 2-amino-5-chloro-benzophenone (M2) as a raw material, through typical acylation reaction, cyclization reaction and sulfuration reaction, crude benzodiazepine ketone (HPLC content about 94%) was obtained. The crude product was recrystallized in a mixed solvent at room temperature to obtain a high quality product with HPLC content above 98.5%, melting point 238~242 ℃ (melting range below 3 ℃). In the present invention, the preparation method has fewer synthesis steps, mild process conditions, easy control of the refining method, high yield and high quality content, can control lower production costs and reduce environmental pollution, and is conducive to industrialization.
