| Production method | The preparation method is based on 2, 6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylaniline as raw material, and diazotization reaction to obtain diazonium salt, The diazonium salt is condensed with ethyl dicyanopropionate and then ring-locked to obtain 5-amino -3-cyano -1-(2, 6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl) pyrazole. Sulfuric acid and solvent were added to the reaction flask, sodium nitrite was added in batches under stirring, stirred for 30min after adding, 2, 6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylaniline was added dropwise at 20~40 ℃, and stirred for 1h to obtain diazonium salt of 2, 6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylaniline. Water and ethyl 2, 3-dicyanopropionate are added to the diazonium salt, stirred at room temperature for 2 hours, dichloromethane is added, after stirring evenly, the material is transferred to the separatory funnel, the water layer is separated, then dichloromethane is extracted, dichloromethane solution is combined, water is washed, then dilute alkali is washed to pH = 9, the reaction bottle is transferred, ammonia water is added, stirred at room temperature for 2 hours, then stratified, the water layer is extracted with dichloromethane, and the dichlorome, wash with water until neutral, and steam to remove dichloromethane to obtain the product. |
