Preparation Method:
3-amino-N-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-4-methylbenzamide can be prepared by the following method:
1.2,4-dimethylaniline reacts with acetyl chloride to give N-(2,4-dimethylphenyl) acetamide.
2. N-(2,4-dimethylphenyl) acetamide is reacted with hydrocyanic acid to give N-(2,4-dimethylphenyl) acetylcarbamic acid.
3. Reaction of N-(2,4-dimethylphenyl) acetylcarbamic acid with formyl chloride to give 3-amino-N-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-4-methylbenzamide.
