production method | hydrazine hydrate and urea are used as raw materials to obtain semicarbazide liquid, which is combined with acetone to refine the finished product. Hydrazine hydrate was mixed with urea, heated to 97-104 ℃, and refluxed for 6-7h. Cool to 45°C and filter to obtain semicarbazide solution. Cold the filtrate to 25 ℃, add acetone, naturally raise the temperature to 50-60 ℃, and keep the temperature for 1h. Cool to below 20 ℃, filter, and dry the filter cake to obtain acetone ammonia urea. The weight ratio is: hydrazine hydrate (40%): urea: acetone = 1:0.67:0.56. 90% yield. As an intermediate, the appearance is white powder, melting point 185-189 ℃. Raw material consumption quota: hydrazine hydrate (40%)300 kg/t, urea (industrial products) 870 kg/t, acetone (industrial products) 720 kg/t. |
