Glycinamide - Production method
(1) in the presence of strong alkaline substances and ketone compounds, water is added to a water-soluble solvent to decompose amino acetonitrile. 11.2g of 50% amino acetonitrile aqueous solution, 5.8g of acetone and 0.5ml of NaOH equivalent solution are added into a 50ml three-mouth bottle equipped with a stirrer and a thermometer. after stirring at 20 ℃ for 1h, the pH value of the reaction solution slowly decreases from the 15.1 at the beginning, the reaction is completed and the yield is 100%. (2) By the action of chloroacetamide and ammonia water, the chloroacetamide and concentrated ammonia water are stirred and reacted below 10 ℃ for 2 hours, then heated to 25 ℃, stirred and reacted with ammonia until the white crystals of chloroacetamide disappear, and then concentrated under reduced pressure at 50-60 ℃ until crystallization begins to be precipitated.
